  • Dried- A lot of people eat dried figs. These are more effective in dealing with constipation than fresh fruit.
  • Fig Leaves- They are usually used as a part of some filling as it is easy to eat that way.
  • Fig Leaf Tea-This is made from the dried leaves of figs. It is very easy to make.
